After being praised and encouraged by family and friends to share with the public their mouthwatering BBQ and delectable, gourmet recipes, Alta Vaca Grill was born in 2019 as a Foodtruck concept. Having acquired such a big fan base from Miami to West Palm Beach, Alta Vaca Grill decided to open its doors in up and coming Davie, FL, specializing as a fast-casual/carry-out restaurant.
